I started dieting in October and began working out 2-3 days a week in March (I love weight training!). Right now, I’m doing a 30-day challenge to go to the gym every day—14 days in so far! My back hurts less, I’m sleeping better, and I can climb stairs without getting out of breath. I still have a long way to go, but these results are really motivating!

I lost 80 lbs naturally in 11 months—it’s been tough, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I eat 130-150 grams of protein daily on a calorie deficit, do cardio 4+ days a week, and lift heavy with hypertrophy training 4+ days a week. My new goal is to combine powerlifting, wellness bodybuilding, and train for a half marathon. Thanks to everyone here for inspiring me to keep pushing forward!
